What You'll Accomplish:

✨MONTH 1: UNLEARNING✨
Learn (and unlearn) foundations of intuitive eating, mindful eating, and connecting with your Higher Self. Feel more in control around food, reduce cravings, create a healthier relationship with food and fitness, increase self worth and confidence.

✨MONTH 2: FOUNDATIONS FOR HEALTH✨
Nutrition basics. Learn how to properly fuel yourself for your specific lifestyle and needs. Improve gut health, energy levels and sleep quality, start collecting and reviewing nutrition data, introduce movement goals, start feeling GOOD!!

✨MONTH 3: BODY RECOMPOSITION✨
Now that the foundations are in place, it's time to start putting the pedal to the metal. In month 3 you will receive your personalized nutrition plan (created by me based on your health data) and start the body recomposition process. We'll also work on mindset shifts and best practices to be successful, and you will likely start SEEING progress along with feeling it!

✨MONTH 4, 5, and 6: ACCOUNTABILITY AND LONGEVITY✨
The second half of this program is all about supporting you through your mental and physical transformation. We'll have weekly progress checks, I'll help you overcome any roadblocks, and we'll fine tune your plan as needed to focus on sustainability and longevity.

About Hannah

I used to be somebody who would constantly obsess about food, would lose weight only to gain it right back, and ate super healthy during the week only to sabotage it all on the weekends or late at night. 

 

In 2020, I saw a picture of myself and my heart sank to the floor. I didn’t even recognize myself... I couldn't believe I let this happen to me AGAIN. That’s when I decided to see a nutritionist and get to the bottom of my yo-yo weight issue. 

 

The experience of hiring a nutritionist was so much deeper than the weight. It was a complete self love transformation. My nutritionist (shoutout Candice Howarth) didn't just help me reach and sustain a healthy weight, she helped me find myself and get my spark back. That experience showed me that I too want to help people get their spark back and feel good from the inside out.

Fast forward to 2024: as a certified nutrition coach and yoga teacher, not only have I reached and sustained a healthy weight, but I've learned the mechanics and science of sustainable, healthy fat loss ... and I know how to do it in a way that feels empowering, not impossible. â€‹
 

I’ve successfully helped clients overcome binge/emotional eating, get rid of insatiable cravings and lose body fat/increase muscle tone, all while healing their relationships with food & exercise so that being healthy feels fun and stress free. 

 

I will teach you how to work smarter, not harder, when it comes to your health and fitness goals, and  show you a method of fueling your body that you can sustain for a lifetime.
